If you are not completely satisfied with your site proper operation according to our account specifications within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees and overages.

Setup fees are refundable for the following reasons only: (a) the account order is canceled prior to activation; or (b) the domain name was not available at the InterNIC.

The full contract amount less any setup fees and overages will be refunded if THE WEB POWER is notified within the first 30 days following activation. No refund is available after the 30th day.

This guarantee policy apply only for web hosting services and the proper operation of the provided account according to our account specifications and not for any other reasons. That is only for technical reasons according to the specifications that can be found on our web hosting page. You can not get a refund if you require services that are not described in our web hosting page and are services that you have not paid for them. 

This guarantee policy does not apply to any additional services or options such as overages, disk space additions and so on.
